Good rug, but not in new condition

It's a really nice color and pattern. Interesting, but not too visually busy. Also soft (with a 1/2 inch rug pad under). That said, the first one came clearly used with a yellow-brown stain in the middle. After much hassle and time in the phone with Walmart customer service agents, I was told I could return it in store and order a replacement at a discounted price. So I ordered the replacement. It also came with dirt and defects on it, but not right in the middle, so they will be more hidden with fur it and I'll keep it. However, the promised discount is suddenly not something any of the agents are “authorized to do”. I'm waiting to see if they make this right (although that ship has sailed, as ‘right' would have been receiving the ordered item in new condition in the first place). If they don't come through on the discount, I might still return it and will NOT order any big ticket items from Walmart.com again.
