The cheese sends it over the top, especially when pairing it with Walmart's beans with Brisket, and Garlic Bread with Ribs. I also eat it on a spoon as a refrigerator raid. I only discovered this time at Walmart a few months ago. I rarely enjoy store bought potato salad. Usually it's bland and flavorless. These loaded potatoes are the bomb! I make a pretty mean home made potato salad and this is almost as good imo. Love all the flavors and textures. If you like potato salad forget the rest this stuff is delicious. My personal recipe pan fries the potatoes in bacon grease. Try it if you make your own next time. Fry up some bacon and cut into small bits to add to the salad and then fry the evenly sized potato chunks in the bacon grease. You've never had better potato salad than bacon potato salad.
