Runs extremely narrow!

Great looking boot and well made. I usually wear a medium width shoe / boot and that is what I ordered. When the boots arrived, I tried on one boot and it was so ridiculously narrow, I immediately took it off and sent it back in exchange for a Wide version. That too is still too narrow. I wore this for several weeks hoping it would break in but at the end of the day, they are still killing my feet. I want this style of boot to fit but Walmart Brahma's for $30 are much more comfortable.
