We've tried everything in our newly built home because within months, the sink in our master bathroom begin to smell. We begin with drain cleaners that worked for a week or so, but the smell quickly returned. Finally contacting my homebuilder who sent their plumbers to evaluate the situation and determine everything was done to code and that we needed to use a regular enzymatic treatment. We did this regularly but the smell always returned within days. Bought these three months ago and still none of that unwholesome smell. Each stick dissolves with use and need to be replaced as needed but I haven't as of yet making it a good bang for thu buck!
