I've only used it once and washed it once, i just got it. This is the nicest quality comforter I've purchased in many years. I'm lucky to have gotten it on sale. It's thicker, heavier and more substantial compared to most comforters. It's not heavy...just heavier than less expensive ones. it is very nice for this bitter cold winter. The color is gorgeous. be careful with the throw. i used it before washing it. Everything it touched turned red tinted. All items were dry, such as pillow cases, sheets, nightgown....lesson learned.

Perfectly fit my bed and give my bedroom a 5 star hotel look. the shipping box registered over twelve pounds and when I unpacked the comforter it was obvious the majority of that weight was the comforter itself. This set was bought to replace a cherished set that was stolen. I really got my money's worth with this purchase. The lovely throw and the designer pillow complete this beautiful set.
