Super Disappointing

Hey Alp!!? I was so excited to open my new phone case. But, was %26 am disappointed. The pictures make it look like it's a soft feeling case. Not at all. It's plastic. Hard plastic.!! Just looks like it's quilted!! The front part of the case is BLACK!! Yuck I Need better pictures!!!!$ and then there's the card holder. WoW it is super super hard to open. Ive hurt my thumb each time I've TRIED to open it with my thumb, instead of a tool!!
