DecMode 15", 16"H Brown Metal Vase, Set of 2

I prefer to review things that make me happy and are good purchases but this is a buyer beware review. My first set of vases arrived in bubble wrap, clearly opened before I received them. I noticed bits of material in the bottom of the box and when I looked inside the vases the bottoms were chipping, there was paint everywhere and there was also a brown residue that looked like dirt on the sides. I immediately asked for a replacement thinking this was just bad QC after a return. My replacements came today and the same thing was wrong! Ewwww, gross. The second set was in it's original foam so they were shipped from the factory that way. This product has awful quality and Walmart really needs to lock this inventory so no one else wastes their time and shipping expenses just to recieve JUNK!!!
