Super comfortable. Adjustable to right height for short me or taller guest. The massage function is good, almost too intense, but I like it. I have had to fight with more than 1 guest to keep my chair, everyone HAS to know where I got it and how hard/easy to assemble. So easy!

Shipping container was toast but somehow the chair survived with no damage. Even if you are not "big" consider this chair for the width as it allows you to sit cross legged (my wifes main reason for wanting it).
