Excellent couch. It's on the firmer side but that's exactly what I was looking for. The assembly was very easy. I had help from another person but could have done it by myself. One cushion came damaged but I contacted Honbay directly and they resolved my issue incredibly quickly and sent a new one. They have excellent customer service!
