Sorry to say having problems with this Computer. For some reason the screen died. Spoke with Allstate, sent it to Allstate for repair and it came back worse than it was when I sent it out. The Screen is crazy looking and it looks like it was manhandled. I bought this as a Graduation present for my Granddaughter for College and it has failed her twice. The original black screen and on return the screen is not fully functional and now has body damage. I am calling Allstate today to complain. Not a Happy Camper at this point. 🥴
