We are very happy with this beautiful chair! The chair looks good and easy to assemble. It has a nice heavy base, so it doesn't slide around on the wood floor, and it feels like quality construction. Recling was easy with the pull, but manually pushing the foot piece back into place took effort. Wish that was automatic for sure, Such is life eh? We haven't tried the heat or massage feature yet. In my opinion, this chair makes me a winner, and I like that too.
