Also, I washed it before using and it turned out well. I also have the skillet from this collection and it's awesome as well. Cooked fried chicken without letting the oil heat thoroughly and some of it stuck to the skillet. I soaked it in dawn and hot water and it came off beautifully. Looks brand new. It's worth it.
