Lifeline Fitness Flat Resistance Band for Increased Muscle Strength, Balance and Range of Motion - Level 1

Two of 3 bands were worthless as one was cut and glued the second baby having been packaged too long would not unroll easily. Upon inspection this band had several defects which if used would imperial the safety of the user. To improve the separation a neutral membrane placed between the layers will solve the sticking. Both defective bands have been replaced after pictures were sent to the US office and the replacement bands are free of defects and perform as intended.

Since I am not yet able to do more than one pullup, It helps me get there.
