I already owned the Praxis Mini and was impressed with it. So I knew it was a good idea to upgrade to it's big brother. The Praxis feels good in the hand. The G10 handle is comfortable. The blade flipper action is very smooth. Straight out of the box it is exceptionally sharp. Shaved hair off my arm easily. Civivi thinks beyond the knife itself by including a cleaning cloth and a nice zippered case with the Civivi name on it. I think every Civivi knife I have has included these extras. Civivi is a brand I have enjoyed for a while now. I definitely recommend the Praxis (And it's little brother the Praxis Mini.)

Knife is a bit of a beast, in a good way. It is a simple, sharp and well thought out knife with a very comfortable handled and with a flipper for opening system that is smooth as silk. The handle scales are easy and comfortable to grip. This knife is both though out and made in a very good way.

Beautiful knife, blade is extremely sharp straight out of the box, beautiful wood handle. Overall the knife is deceptively light for it's size. the blade isn't as thick as I would have liked. As an E..D C. for me, not my go to. I would prefer something much beefier and durable. For as expensive as it was, it feels very delicate, light and doesn't seem like it will stand up to the abuse that I will give to it. I don't take it to work with me. Instead I keep it on me when I have my p.j.s on with my slippers.
