Soft fuzzy. Perfect Hedwig owl design. Thick warm material. Granddaughter loved it. She wears a 10, size 10/12 worked. However, if she wore a 12, I would size up. I rather it be to big, than to small. Shipping was fast. Definitely would reorder.
