A good source of protein. I take one to the gym and have it when I am done. The flavors are good and if you want to save a little money, check out all the flavors at checkout. Sometimes, some of the flavors are less than other flavors. I guess depending in how certain flavors sell. Keep them cold and shake before drinking, delicious 😋.

BEST ready to drink protein shake!

These are some of the BEST ready to drink protein shakes out there! I'm very picky and as we all know they can have a "taste" to them that may not always be the best. Almost an aftertaste really. This doesn't have an unpleasant taste during or after and I am super grateful for that, I always order them in the 12pack as it just makes more sense to do it that way and I highly recommend it! You will NOT be disappointed if you've never tried and this comes from someone who is VERY picky.

This is by far the best protein drink - great amount of protein and little to no sugar. It is more costly than other drinks, but can't beat the taste of this one so we continue to pay the price. Great taste and great for you.....you can't go wrong!
