I'm not a big fan of protein drinks because it's texture and chalkiness. However, these are the best. I use them as a meal replacement for weight loss as well as getting my daily protein since In not a big meat eater. I use to buy chocolate but now but vanilla. I decided on vanilla because it's so versatile. I add frozen fruit and veggies to make my smoothies. If I ever want chocolate, I add cocoa powder. Premier makes a very delicious drink.

I love the premier protein, vanilla shake for drinking, but mostly I add it to my coffee in the morning as my coffee creamer along with the latte flavor is the perfect way to flavor my coffee in the morning without the added calories and of just a regular coffee creamer it's great for me. Try it.

I'm not the best at getting my daily protein so these shakes are so good for that and the flavor is amazing. I make mine in the morning and add coconut cookie javvy concentrate and zero sugar caramel and a shot of espresso powder and ice and it is delicious and healthy
