The desk looks great and has a fairly simple assembly process. It's manageable with one person but I'd recommend two people to be safe as the manual says. I was a bit hindered by how the screws were packed along with the manual being a bit scarce in directions. Still though it was fairly quick and came out looking pretty swell!

you have to make sure you line the hole up because you can get off track and have to take some stuff apart to get it just right..also i used a drill to help make things move along faster but once you get the hang of it things will come together i love the pink color and its the perfect size for what i need it for one side for computer work and other side for paper work and hand written work im currently in nursing school so it helps having a specific spot to study and not get distracted

Music Creator Port=Gaming Desk

This is a heavy duty table and is designed to give you extra leg room. The curved legs offer a modern look and the type of table top is very durable. I recommend assembling it where you are going to use it as it is large and heavy. It arrived in a large carton and the components were well protected with tie straps and foam. Due to the weight, I laid the box on its side and pulled the box away from the contents. I separated the pieces and all are marked with letters so you can follow the directions in order. The order of assembly when you attach the legs is probably the only thing I would change. I wanted the legs and center piece all together before I rotated the unit and the picture depicts the wrong direction of rotation whereas you need more space. The table is strong. I bought the Bigzzia gaming chair to compliment it in Green. I use the gaming table for a 'Music Port' to hook synthesizers and beat machines and Korg Keyboard along with a mixer. The shelf that is movable comes in handy for manuals, or other related music/technology items. I purchased a felt lined table cloth to cover the unit when not in jam effect. Koss headphones and switchable computer speaker systems make sure I can create without visitations from Decibel Down-graders. The size when assembled fits nicely in a dining table nook. The height is great and a child of larger girth could run across it and use it to dive onto the couch,(not recommended) The price was stellar and not beatable for a new sturdy music/gaming center. I used the Rubbermaid anti-slip pieces to hold my equipment steadfast during operations, great fun, cavegirl
