60% cotton and 40% polyester. the fabric is smoothe. the decal is slghtly stiff but soooo cuuutte. it is a disney labeled shirt. i have the small. fits small teen girls the decal says out of this world with smiling Stitch fron Lilo and Stitch. it has cute little ties on each side throught little metal eyelets, brassish in color. it has deep cut tank top arms. probably best to wear another shirt underneath.
