I'm an XL so was worried because when you order from over seas you may experience what I have (XL = medium lol). Anyways kudos to this seller because these long sleeves and this comfortable fit is something I'd recommend in a heartbeat. Super warm underlayer as well. I am 5'9" and weigh 145. I got large and the fit is good. They were a little big at first, but they do shrink some when washed. Did not put them in dryer as that tends to really shrink fleece. This is a repurchase, as my last lot is getting a little worn and I worry that they will stop making something if I really like it, so I bought some more this winter. The fabric and style is slightly different from the earlier ones, but still good, and keep me so warm in my old not so well insulated house.
