My chair had a small tear in the leather but otherwise in great condition. The chair cover fit well and looks nice.

Size quality is awful

I bought 2 sets of this color , one fit ok but not great. On the other exact chair the other set wouldn't even go on the chair 2nd picture the bottom cover wouldn't even go on the chair. Why can't the same item be the same size, is there no quality control anymore?
