Fell off the boat just docked at marina

Attached to my 2021 pontoon boat 2 weeks ago. Seemed great at first. Went to our marina today and both fenders had fallen off. Luckily, I used the extra strapping to secure the fenders with knots. I reattached them and will see if maybe it was my fault securing them, I really want these to work. If this happens again I am going to return them because they were too expensive not to do the job.
