Very negative.

There was no eyeliner inside the pencil. Not usable. Could not turn it up to use it at all. Looked used. Was not in any kind of wrapper or packaging. Tried to do a return. Received a barcode. Took barcode and pencil to Walmart as directed online and cust. svc. said "we don't even sell this eyeliner. Gave up, caanceled return request online, threw away. Lost 12.99.
