This incredibly inexpensive eyeliner is my absolute favorite. It goes on very smoothly, never hardens, stays on throughout the day and maintains its vibrance and sparkle flawlessly, though it does come off if I fall asleep with it on. I LOVE THIS! IT DOES ADD A BIT OF DRAMA TO YOUR EYES. I USE MY REGULAR EYELINER, THEN ADD THE DRAMA EYELINER JUST ABOVE IT. YOU DO NOT NEED TOO MUCH, IT WORKS FOR ME. I AM FAIR SKIN COLOR. I LOVE IT! Amazing surprise
I bought this eyeliner on accident, I thought it was just black. I was annoyed that it was sparkly when I went to use it, but it was the best mistake I ever made! I've been using it for over a year now! I love it!
