Instructions
Step 1: Before applying eyeliner, determine your eye shape. If eyes are close-set or round, line only the outer corners. Otherwise, rim the entire upper lid. Step 2: Gently pull your eyelid taut at an upward angle. Beginning at the inner corner, draw small, connected dashes along the top lashes. Be sure to stay close to the roots so there is no skin visible between the lashes and the liner. Step 3: To make eyes look bigger, extend the eyeliner slightly beyond the outer corners. Step 4: Soften the line with the smudger tip. Step 5: Finish the look with two coats of mascara."

Loved this liner, was blacker than any other liner I've tried. However, it doesn't sharpen easily, the second time I tried, the pencil broke. Don't know if I will purchase again.

Impossible to sharpen..
I love the idea of the white liner for highlighting etc and this is a very nice one,but after the original point was gone it was IMPOSSIBLE to get another. The plastic is so hard that you can not get a new point.. basically it's only good until it needs resharpening and then it's garbage.
