I'm trying to love my chair… I ordered GRAY… everyone says it's Blue. As I also say. I don't like that the foot rest is so hard to put down… it already ‘ didn't do anything' when I tried to sit and relax. But someone told me to turn it over %26 check everything. I pressed wired good %26 turned it over %26 it worked… hope it will continue to work I'm a 77 year old lady trying to do these things by myself… ( otherwise… it's pretty %26 comfortable)
