It took about two hours to assemble; the seat looks more comfortable than it is. Our previous stationary bike (also ordered from Walmart) had a more comfortable seat, but the pedal of it fell off and it was going to cost almost half of what we paid for the bike to replace the pedal so I ordered this bike
