Does fit a size 5 ball. Does not have a good place for much else. Shoe pocket barely fits size 5 shoe. There is a small front pocket and a small hanging zipper pocket under the hang strap inside. No good place for shinguards, goalie gloves, or slides (if you want your kid to keep their slides and cleats both in the bag outside of practice). Has a lightly padded laptop sleeve, for what it's worth. The ball and shoe pouches are just oversize pockets sewn in, and I don't expect them to be durable over the long run. For the price, it is a decent entry level bag.
