I am 4'10" and 145 lbs and have a mommy belly. At my size I typically wear a medium in Jockey pants/shorts because I prefer a tighter fit and there is just enough stretch in the medium. However, for these pants specifically there was a bit a shrinkage so I ordered the large because I really love these leggings!
