The E-Bike packaging was robust, protecting it well during shipment. The operator manual included assembly instruction. The E-Bike was partially assembled so I did not have to adjust the shifting mechanism. The tool kit included almost everything I needed to assemble the E-Bike. I plugged the power supply in and started the battery charging right away. I loosened the stem bolt and rotated the stem 180 degrees before installing the handlebars. I then installed the handlebars, light and quick height adjust seat. I had to remove a packaging bracket from the front fork before I could install the front quick attach wheel. I had to supply a Phillips screwdriver to attach the rear reflector. A hand operated air pump is included but I did not use it. I put 50 psi air pressure in the front and rear tires using my air compressor. I read the manual and took a short ride while the battery was charging. When I got back the battery was fully charged so I installed it. I have ridden about 39 miles so far, sometimes pedaling without power assist and sometimes with power assist. I pressed the red button on top of the battery and the left two lights were green so it has about 1/2 charge left. I think that this heavier steel frame E-Bike pedals easier without assist when compared to my lighter aluminum frame Hyper Havoc mountain bicycle. I like the front and rear disc brakes on the E Bike better than those that grip against wheel rims on my Hyper Havoc. I like the front wheel shock absorber on the E-Bike but miss the additional rear shock absorber that was on my Hyper Havoc.
