Very interesting book!

We had seen an interview on a tv show---and the author was talking about how he was a head trainer for the Navy Seals. He created an interest for us---and I immediately thought of seeing if Wal-mart had the book online. Ordered it---and it was delivered to our home within just a few days. We could have had it delivered to the local WM store (site to store) for free---but we were not going to be able to pick up at the store for a couple weeks. SO--we had it delivered to our house and the house-sitter brought in our mail. Very convenient!!!
