This mandaline is wonderful to work with. I have arthritis in my hands, and this is perfect - smaller than regular mandalines, easy to use, and easy to clean. I will say it's a little difficult to put together in the beginning, but it gets easier. I definitely recommend this. And it makes a great gift.
