We are extremely disappointed with this purchase. The battery dies very quickly, even though we have used the motorcycle no more than a dozen times. We always fully charged the battery before each ride, yet the battery life continued to get worse every time it's used. I reached out to the seller multiple times hoping for assistance, but unfortunately the experience was frustrating. Instead of helping resolve the issue, there always seemed to be another explanation suggesting the problem was something I had done, despite following the charging instructions and using the motorcycle exactly as intended. To make matters worse, the bar that holds the wheels in place fell off during a normal ride on smooth gravel. This was not rough use or abuse, it happened during ordinary play. This motorcycle was purchased as a birthday gift for my son, and he was incredibly excited to receive it. Watching him become disappointed because it would barely stay charged was heartbreaking. Rather than continue going back and forth through endless emails without a resolution, I've decided to purchase a new one from a different seller. I'm leaving this review, to help other parents avoid the same experience. It's unfortunate that I even have to write this, but I wouldn't want another child to be excited about a special gift only to end up disappointed. Save yourself the time, frustration, and money, and consider purchasing from a different seller.
