Blackstone Bronco Open Flame Grill with Soft Cover and Coal Rake

The Blackstone Bronco Open Flame Grill is something my husband and I were beyond excited to receive to try out. The box is big and heavy - you definitely need 2 people to carry and build this grill. I'm not very experienced at building things, nor am I super strong so it took me probably 2 hours to get this built. Not terrible, but I'm sure more experienced people won't struggle as much as I did. This grill is so nice! I love how easy it is to use. The charcoal or fire starter is loaded into the brasero and the hot coals are then pulled under the cooking surface with the included coal rake. The crank wheel allows the cooking surface to be raised or lowered depending if you want high heat for faster cooking or lower heat for slower cooking. I am truly impressed - the hamburgers I cooked first on this turned out perfectly juicy and delicious. This also included a thick high quality cover to keep the grill protected from the outdoor elements when not in use.

This is a great product not my first Blackstone product, but I really enjoy it. Hopefully it holds up the delivery. I did not enjoy.
