Works and operates great! The battery life is wonderful. It worked fantastic for our needs. It's not super fast, not the best comfort in long period seating, but for price and shipping to have it on hand was worth buying one outright than renting it. Plus, for what short amount of time it was used for, and will be down the road.... it was money well spent to have it available anytime it's needed.

Can't say enough about this scooter. We constantly get asked where we purchased this. Very little assemly..pretty much seat %26 battery. It does come apart in 2 sections (front %26 back) to make it easier for lifting and placing into vehicle. It has a reverse, a back up light, beeps in reverse, horn, front light, swivel seat, armrests that lift up, basket for carrying small packages and 2 front wheels..not 1. We have used it at the casino to go shopping at outlets %26 food court..easy to get in and out of elevators but turning radius isn't good on ramps (swing wide or you have to back up, then pull forward) , we used up in Boston and smoothe ride on sidewalk, my husband uses it alot for Walmart shopping. fits perfect in the back of our chevrolet equinox. its about 88 lbs with battery, but if you take battery off (which is about 20 lbs) we can lift into our equinox without taking it apart (take off battery) and lower steering column. battery seems to last a long time..at least 8 hours and didn't need to recharge. bought on flash deal for $269 plus $150 shipping. This certainly has given us more mobility and improved quality of life
