First of all I'm happy bought this for my wife who has walking disability due to M.S.. we were looking for a light unit. This is the lightest considering the price range. It is a nice looking scooter. These come with single battery or Duall batteries. One as spare. My initial understanding is that Airlines and TSA have approved it for air travel. I plan to make sure that is the case. The process of online purchase and delivery went smooth.

I bought a scooter from this company and was a bit unsure at first since they're based overseas. Once the scooter arrived, I noticed one small part was missing - just a screw. I reached out to the company, and they communicated with me right away to try to fix the issue. When they couldn't get the part, they actually offered to send me a brand new scooter, which really surprised me. I was very impressed with their customer service. Even though they're overseas, they made a strong effort to communicate clearly and resolve the problem, which feels rare these days. As for the scooter itself, it's exactly as described. It was fairly easy to assemble - and that says a lot coming from someone who isn't handy at all. It runs well, is compact, and light enough for me to lift and place in the trunk of my car without trouble. I highly recommend this product!
