Great customer service and really great product!

I bought a scooter from this company and was a bit unsure at first since they’re based overseas. Once the scooter arrived, I noticed one small part was missing - just a screw. I reached out to the company, and they communicated with me right away to try to fix the issue. When they couldn’t get the part, they actually offered to send me a brand new scooter, which really surprised me. I was very impressed with their customer service. Even though they’re overseas, they made a strong effort to communicate clearly and resolve the problem, which feels rare these days. As for the scooter itself, it’s exactly as described. It was fairly easy to assemble - and that says a lot coming from someone who isn’t handy at all. It runs well, is compact, and light enough for me to lift and place in the trunk of my car without trouble. I highly recommend this product!

Great scooter

I am disabled and had a 3 wheeled smaller scooter meant for in the house but had to use it outside. I saw this and at the price couldn't pass it up. My brother put it together. Took anout an hour. I love it on It's so much more stable with 4 wheels. I can use it on grass, gravel, cement, something I couldn't do with my previous one. The tread on the tires is great . The battery is lithium, it's fantastic. The dry cell one was 25 lbs by itself. This one I can lift out with 2 fingers. The basket is huge and locks onto the frame so it won't come off unless you unlock it . I have a van so I haven't had to lower it down yet so I can't comment on that part. The only thing that's a bit difficult for me is getting used to the turning radius of a 4 wheeled scooter compared to the 3 wheeled one I had before. Amazing value for the money.
