Hello johnathan! We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how disappointing it must be to have a stone fall out, especially after experiencing a similar issue with a previous replacement. This is certainly not the level of quality or service we strive to provide, and we sincerely apologize for letting you down. We take your concerns seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to us through Walmart messages so we can review your order and assist you with an appropriate resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to improve.
