When I first looked into these, I passed because I dont evenncare for vibrating massage. I find it annoying. I finally decided to give it a try, because after 60 muscle degeneration accelerates. And then there's the bone density concern. It arrived today. I found it to be more shaking than vibrating. The movement was like a slight angle seesaw that was very fast, back and forth. Afterwards, I felt like I spent too much time doing aerobics, or was on day 3 of re-starting daily aerobics. It felt like a workout, without the cardio involved. Also, it does shake the floor, so be careful on old wood floors or old foundations if you have an issues. I'm told a gym mat underneath will absorb some of the vibration. Hopefully it will be great for health...time will tell. But my leg muscles are telling me I've never done aerobics this intense before. Without the cardio, of course.
