Verified Purchase

Chairs have exposed screw holes which makes them look cheap. Tried to return them since the listing shows they can be returned to the store and have gotten nothing but a run around on it. Horrible chairs and horrible customer service; will never buy from Walmarts online marketplace again!

reply from GUYOU

Hello Kristen! Thank you for your feedback. We deeply apologize for your poor experience with the product and after-sales service. Regarding screw exposure: This is a design choice aimed at ensuring the safety and structural stability of the chair through exposed reinforcement screws. We understand that this affects aesthetics, thank you for your correction. Regarding after-sales service: We sincerely apologize for the delayed refund processing, which did not meet our service standards. We have urgently processed your request, please forgive us. Sincerely, GUYOU
