i love it work's great and i love having enough ice for a drink within 8minutes! The only thing is that sometimes ice gets stuck in front of the sensor before basket is full and of course it stops making ice. cool feature to keep from overflowing but irritating when you see most of ice melted cause a few pieces were stuck in front of the sensor making it "seem full". Still great product I would purchase again even with the minor inconvenience.
