Skirt for Women Clearance under $5.00 High-Waist Plaid Wool Blend Skirt with Elastic Waist Knee-Length Tiered Skirt Coffee M

The skirt had no hem line. The bottom of the skirt was just cut off even. I thought it was a pleated skirt by the way it looked in the picture, but by it being gathered by the elastic in the waist, it appears like pleats. Also, the elastic waistline for an XL size that I purchased would fit better on a Medium to Large waist. To me it runs small. I purchased this skirt for someone else. However, I do love the color and that's about all, but I do not recommend this purchase.
