NO LINING - white is totally see through

WHY would you sell a white skirt in this fabric with NO LINING / SLIP? The item is cute but completely not wearable. I also waited forever for shipping and it didn't come in time for my vacation (not that I could have worn it since it's see through…). I'm bummed about this.
