Easy to use with two button. Long press the power button to turn on /off. After turning on, you can press the power button to adjust the sensitivity according to your needs. Just press the M button to switch the mode at will. Stop barking with no harm to dogs. You can select the most suitable mode as your needs. Note: False triggering is generally caused by setting the sensitivity to an inappropriate level For large dogs with loud barking, the sensitivity level should be set between 1-3; for small dogs with soft barking, the sensitivity level should be set between 3-5. In a noisy environment, the sensitivity level should be set between 1-3; in a quiet environment, the sensitivity level should be set between 3-5. In an environment with multiple dogs, the sensitivity level should be appropriately reduced to 1-3, which can greatly reduce the interference of barking from nearby dogs.

Here Are Some Tips for You! 1. Avoid leaving the collar on the dog more than 12 hours per day. If possible, please re-pose the collar each 1-2h. 2. Dogs should be at least 6 months old before using the training collar. 3. The electric shock mode should always be the last source to use. Always start at the lowest level and work your way up when using shock mode. 4. To assure that it can be easily charged and fits different specifications of charging plugs and voltage in all over the world, there is no adapter in the package. But you can conveniently charge it with the USB outlet of the power bank/computer/car. 5. Avoid any contact with other metal things while charging with original USB cable. 6. Skin contact is crucial for the shock mode to work effectively. Make sure that the metal prongs directly contact the skin under dog's neck while using shock mode. And adjust the most comfortable collar length for your dogs. It is recommended to keep 1-2 thumb apart. 7. Check the dog's neck skin condition every day, if any signs of skin discomfort are found, please stop using it in time until the skin heals.

Collar volume
One of the nice features is that you can change the collar to vibrate and sound, or one or the other. You can also change the volume and the level the dog feels. This is handy as you go through training, or just to use it as a reminder that now is not a good time to bark! It can be sensitive as we have 1 dog that has a loud piercing bark, and sets off the collar even when the other dog is not wearing it.

My 3 dogs for whatever reason had started barking for no reason and at any time day or night. I tired to figure out what was causing this and couldn't find any reason for it. I really didn't want to use a shock collar and this collar has 3 settings so using a shock would be the last step. Didn't need it on any of them, the beep was all it took. Within 3 days the nuisance barking had stopped. No longer need the collar at all. So nice to have quite again. And I'm sure the neighbors appreciate it.
