very unreliable and faulty product. worked only for a week and died. Battery would no longer hold charge after first charge and use. Upon further inspection found the battery bloated. only used charger provided. Would not recommend and will not be buying again. Really upset because money is tight and every purchase we make is really debated over. Now back to feeling anxiety over constant barkong and still trying to train without device assistance.
