great chair for big people!
The chair is wonderful but the customer service stinks. We received the wrong item and dealing with this co was a nightmare. Their phones are only open very limited hours and the person on the phone had a hard time understanding the problem. It took 2 weeks to arrive after many emails. They made us send photos of the item they sent us instead of taking my word for it that we didn't receive what we ordered. But it is a great chair! Just glad it finally arrived.

What a chair
I looked for a 'big & tall' chair for a long time and checked out many alternatives. I found this site and decided to give it a try. [...]. Having been quoted prices for other chairs in $1000+ range I was pleasantly surprised by the HomeSquare offer. When my chair arrived I found that it was VERY easy to assemble - 4 screws to mount the back to the seat and take it for a test sit. This is the first adjustable chair that I ever tried where the highest setting was too high for me.. and sitting down on it without a wobble or feeling that it was going to fold up under me was a new and enjoyable sensation. I still enjoy the feeling of solidity when I first sit down. If I could swing it...I'd use it in the dining room too!! but sometimes you have to give in to a higher power.One suggestion -- buy the arms when you order the chair.
