Technology can be disappointing.

I have had good service from an ACEMAGIC purchased about six months ago. Unfortunately this one arrived this morning (great shipping experience) and while going through the setup, the computer would freeze. I took it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and was told the only thing I can do is return it. So much for a great shipping experience! But, I will be asking for a replacement of the same and hoping the problem won't be a repeat.
