I've been sitting on a polypropylene swivel chair and it's been taking a toll on my lower back, so I got this desk chair and I can sit on this for hours. I love all the features - the adjustable neck rest, the mesh material, the adjustable arm rest, the lumbar support, waterfall edge seat. The mesh material is breathable and comfortably supports my weight. Leaning back on the chair feels comfy - the ability to shift postures is such a great feeling! Great quality chair!

Quality was excellent for assembly. All pieces fit together well without adjustment. Fairly simple to assemble and looked great upon finish. Only disappointment was that lumbar support does not move up and down or have other adjustments, but it is still comfortable.

Very comfortable at rest, poor tilt forward.

Shipment was faster than expected Assembling was straight forward and without electric tools it requires less than 30min. The chair is comfortable and the head rest makes the difference. The only disappointment came from the inability of the back to tilt forward. In this way you loose the back support when you lean forward to your desk.
