If you are in the city I suggest you use Angi services to assemble this product. We had to do it ourselves because we live out in the desert. The tricycle is better than the one pictured. It comes with front shocks. It's excellent for the price but assembly isn't that easy

Trike is sturdy and built well, with that said it has the wrong angle for the front wheel! What I mean by that is it takes a lot of strength steer the bike because a lot of your weight is towards the front! I I couldn't return it because I took too long to put it together but i would not recommend for anyone because that is a big issue.
