A sturdy bike and we like it

Awesome bike but my suggestion is to pay for assembly with Walmart or you will need to take to bike shop. I used Angi handyman to assemble but he could not get the chain to work. We like the bike and my pups like to ride in basket.

I received the bike almost 5 weeks ago. The frame where you connect the frame to the rear was bent and the right rear wheel is missing a part. I contacted Lilypelle to request an exchange, they didn't want to do that, they said they would ship me the part instead and to just bend the frame ourselves to the correct position. After some back and forth emails regarding which part was missing, they said they notified the warehouse to ship me the right rear wheel and asked me "to be patient and wait". It has now been almost 3 weeks since I have received any communication from them at all. The bike is still in the box. I just sent them a follow up email.
