How can your pants be sized "4X - 54-56" waist and the waist on the pant measure less than 12". Completely stretched out and the pants measured less than 23"? Your site wouldn't allow me to submit the survey I filled out. Purchasing from this manufacture was as waste of time %26 money when they are not using the proper measuring devices.
